Yoga is a way for her to live in harmony with nature, and she is committed to practicing it. She will help you to connect with your inner self and your full potential. According to her, the practice of yoga is one of the most effective ways to explore yourself and develop confidence. The yoga teachings help people discover their true nature and realize their potential through exploring their true selves. It would be great if all of us that have been touched by yoga can find ourselves journeying inward with an open heart, awareness, good intentions, and a connection to our inner wisdom to enrich our own, and the lives of people all around us, with relaxation, peace, joy, smiles, laughter, and love. Course Description

Conscious living teaches us self-awareness, clear our mind and clear ourselves for our personal, professional, and needs. Rituals for Conscious allow you to delve further into the themes and practices that bring spiritual experiences to life. In this course, participants engage in daily reflection, as well as a daily ritual, an end-of-month ceremony to give the theme some real life. With these practices in mind, we can live every day with awareness and an open heart, resulting in a greater connection to the universe and the divine.

This course consists of 2 episodes, you will learn how to spiritualize your everyday living with simple rituals to center, balance, and open the heart. Moreover, this course will help you to
